Gearing for Mid-Ohio

    Hi all,

    I am new here. I am thinking of doing a track day at Mid-Ohio. I've never been there before. Can anyone tell me what gearing they recommend for a Honda CBR600RR? ie.. what size sprockets they typically run in front and rear?

    I have run 16/43, 15/43, and 15/45, at Mid-Ohio, and I prefer 15/45.
