Great job by the crew - got there late - 80 east was a parking lot. Tech inspection caught a missed safety wired drain filler cap and level indicator - which I immediately fixed. New MJ Moto tire warmers worked great.

First session was ok although bike felt that it was missing badly (I may have been on the rev. limiter due to short gearing). Got off a little rattled and went up pit lane wrong way - Adam took care of that and admonished me but also went over the new paint on track issues (i missed the rider's meeting) and a couple other items.

Rode 3 more partial sessions without incident but was very tired, hot and & sweety. Wish temps would have been 10-15F cooler and dryer. Still had a good time. Saw an old friend I did my first track with in 2004-5 (he since broke his back @ Rd A and races cars now) and my CCS racing pitt partner. We ended the evening at a great roof top restaurant in St. Joe overlooking lake Mi.

The 09R6 is up for sale although it's going to be hard to let it go. Fully SSP race prepped (Matt Drucker motor, TSE suspension)
