I just wanted to second (third?) that  . This was my first time on the track after a long (10-15 year) absence. I was on a new (to me) bike with new riding gear, etc., so it was a lot of stuff to get comfortable with.

The structure of the novice group worked great, and allowed me to explore going a bit faster at my pace. The handling of the new bike was a little too strange initially, but a trip to the Superbike Italia canopy fixed much of that.

Not real fast here ( ), but my lap times were steadily dropping, and by the second day I was starting to feel comfortable again, if not extemely quick. The lessons made sense, and on the second day I started to really try and drill on them. Ready for another day to improve already!

My wife and I were pitted between tscriggins and Goobr. I was in LordDuckHunter's novice group, but all the instructors were fun and full of useful information (among other things!).

A great weekend overall. I saw someone inside the fence taking pictures. Anyplace I can go to look at some proofs? I thought there might be a slim chance that there was one floating around where I at least looked fast...

It was a great weekend and I enjoyed working with the students in my group and the novice class.
