Being a new member to STT and seeing that most groups are sold-

out at Mid-Ohio on the 28th and riding in the advanced group, how

many riders should I expect to be in my group?

And what are the group orders run in?

    Thanks for any help.

    As with CCS tracks...

The amount of people on the track is pending the size of the track.

You speak of the 28th, which is Mid Ohio...

Its a smaller track then Road America.

Road America, can support more the twice the amount of bikes then Autobahn North.

Even the South track at Autobahn can support (I'm guessing) about a 1/3 more bikes, then the north track.

Each track has a predifined track density.

While I can not quote actual numbers,

    RA is about 80,

Blackhawk farms... maybe Mid Ohio are about 50-60

and Short tracks like Autobahn are not over 50 more like 40 or less.

And even with those numbers, STT keeps X amount of spots open for safety and Bumps, be it up or down a group.

The order they run is "I" then "A" then "N".

Unless I am mistaken (and yes, it happens.... alot :) )

Mid O is prob. more like 40ish. It is only 2.5 miles or so, and even w/ that many people it can get crowded depending how the group is riding. Bonnie and Monte are very good about limiting the number of spots per group to enhance safety and fun for all.

use you're credit card to get race fuel with.

What kind of numbers are STT expecting for next weekend at Autobahn? I feel like there may be quite a few guys going to Mid Ohio instead.
