I just got Bell star carbon custom fit helmet, it's amazing how good is helmet fit. And they can spin helemt any direction you want. Imagine the axis that goes through your ears and the helmet can be rotated around this axis. I have mine rotated toward back for the same reasons that you mentioned. I can't wait to try it on the track.

Not ALL AGV's. I had to get rid of my AGV grid because it came so low in the brow. My HJC is a little better. The best viewport I've had was my first cheapo helmet which was a GMAX. OP, home depot sells a peel and stick weather stripping that I used in the top of my helmet that holds it up a little higher on the forehead.
Got my nexx xr2 carbon today. Definitely much better vertical view than my HJC. I can barely see the top. Also, this helmet is so incredibly light. Haven't had a chance to ride with it yet.
