Ok so I have to get another set of gloves.
    short back ground.
While wearing a set of Buell race gantlets (I believe these were made by joe rocket) I took a spill 100+ mph at barber. Dislocating my left pinky and fracturing the meta carpal at the hand.
I have very little use of this finger it is kinda perma curled close to grip size luckily.

I have tried a pair of Herioc and they just didn't fit my big mits right.
I just tried a set of agv sport gpr's which I am sending back due to the idiot that decided they should stich elastic inside the finger tips to make them pre curve. 3/4 of the way through the day my fingers where raw.

So my leading contenders are Knoxx Handroid now available in 3x
(only draw back is lack of pinky bridge) also most $

Alpinestars gp tech for about -$40
Alpinestars gp pro fo about -$70

So if you have another recommendation please keep in mind in need them asap next track day is in 11 days and they must be 3xl

Knox Handroid, RS Taichi Evo or Held Titan, that
s what I would wear. I currently sport the RS Taichi, two offs without injury. I'll let you do the math!

I wouldn't go with the Handroids unless they fixed the issue with the seams in the fingers coming apart.

The Held Phantom's are on clearance at STG ;)

I would get the Held Titans or the Phantoms , they're excellent gloves, that crash and protect very well

My handroids are doing great after a year and a half of use. Will buy another set when these wear out.

A* have really fallen off in quality IMO. Had two pair and while I never crashed in them, they didn't last a year. I have the Handroids and have crashed in them, they are my favorite glove. I also have and wear the Held Titan's. Takes a long time for them to break in but once they do, very comfortable with top notch protection.

Too bad about Taichi... I have two pair. I bought the second because the first had an unbelievably soft feel and I thought they wouldn't last. The second have stayed in the package because the first is wearing like iron, even after two crashes!

Held is a great brand. Handmade quality and not manufactured in China/Taiwan/Indonesia like most companies. In my 4th season in my current set. The STG discount on the Phantom is very tempting right now. Looking at some of the things A* has been doing with their products lately I think that their quality has taken a bit of a step back.

A*s gloves are crap in my opinion, quality is not good at all. i crashed two pairs once and they were shot. I bought Helds and love them.

This was fixed years ago, only the very first run of this glove has some minor issues with the seams. I have been wearing my Handroids for a couple years now and they're great, no issues and have been crashed.

Have worn Helds, A*'s and Handroids. Helds are good, but Handroids are my favorite. Most comfortable gloves and great protection.

The latest Handroids have some visible changes, so they are definitely updating the design as time goes by.

Thanks everyone for the input. I really appreciate it.
I am really leaning toward the Handroids now. I did get a chance to try on Brian Van's at Gratten this weekend. I thought the feel in the palm was unbelievable. The 3x fit really well.
Helds worry me a bit since normally 3x is a 13 and there's are marked as 12.
why glove manufactures don't have a measurement from the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger is beyond me.
Only the titans have the pinky Bridge and there +100

I wear the same size as you. As I said, the Handroid is my favorite. comfortable and crash worthy. I have the Held's in a size 12 and it took quite a while to break in but when they do, they are a great glove that you can't go wrong with either. Only complaint with the Held's is that the thumb is a little long.
