We keep hoping that by now the jerks should have realized that they can't unload the stuff they stole, so they will just haul the trailer somewhere and leave it, to avoid being caught with it. We haven't given up yet. We've gathered together a $10,000 reward - here's the poster that Nobi (with the help of some nice LV people) is putting up around town (I made a list of some likely bike shops and other places, like FedEx and UPS offices -- their drivers go everywhere). Anyway, here's the link to the poster: http://www.geocities.com/rewardforbikes/

Of course, feel free to pass it along to everyone you know -- you never know who has a relative or friend in LV that might get it and just might happen to go to work one day and notice a big trailer in the lot next door . .

Sorry to read about your friends loss. But this a good example on why you should not put any lettering on your trailer to tell people what is inside, again SORRY for your "loss"

I also have a friend with the same story his trailer had a large Ducati logo on the back. He did not lose his bikes but he did lose the trailer with all his pit equipment.

So don't put lettering on your trailer unless you want to lose it.

Did you post this on the WERA BBS :?:

I agree, totally. I live in a sort of bad inner city neighborhood. My van has no motorcycle stickers on it very intentionally. I don't want the crack people to get any ideas. I did not post on wera or bbs
