Just trying to plan for my trip at the end of July. Do they allow camping on the grounds at Mid Ohio? If so how much per night? Do they have good facilities (showers and such) at the track? What are some decent to good hotels/motels in the area? Thanks for the feedback.
there's no camping at Mid Ohio, not sure about hotels, but I've heard that the Travelodge in Mansfield, isn't bad. here's their number: 419.756.7600 cheers, Lance
A handfull of us staff types usually stay here: Comfort Inn North 500 N. Trimble Rd. Mansfield, OH 44906 (419)529-1000 They have an indoor pool, hot tub, continental breakfast, & a Damons rib joint right out front. If the right person answers the phone & you tell them you're riding Mid-Ohio with Sportbike Track Time it might help the rate a little, although it's been pretty hit & miss. AAA also helps.
