    I bought a CBR1000RR in Sept 2020. I will be 60 in Aug 2022. I go to Crossfit 3 times/week fairly regular.

Went to Barber in March 2022. Heard about track time while I was there. Is it realistic to think an old man like me could make it through a track time?

My dad is nearly 70. He still rides intermediate group. Get out there and see what you're still made of!

I just turned 59 in April; have been doing trackdays since 2005 and have no end in sight.

This year - I begin the season with total knee replacement surgery, so it will be a slow start, but I plan to be riding by the end of the year!

I did my first track day with the Concours club at age 62. Then bought a Daytona 675 and enjoy intermediate group pace. Never had so much fun in all my life! Get a bike and get started.

If you are concerned about age, Jeremy McWilliams (72)won the baggers race at Daytona this year and will ride a 600 at the NW200 and Isle of Man.
I will be 72 this year and don't see stopping for a while.
