sorry to be a wet blanket, but... One question though; one of the principals is the owner of VIR. Given STT's current relationship with VIR, can we expect STT to have dates at this new track?
That's a question that only Monte can answer. I thought that Siegel might not have much to do with the new track, but I forget that he's from NJ. He used to own a mall near me which he lost interest in because of VIR. I'm sure this new track is going have even more attention. I got an e-mail from the Director of Events in regards to membership. He says they'll be booking motorcycle track events with different groups in 2008.
NICE!!!!!! Hey Rich.....on a completely unrelated note.........I strongly apologize for not sending you the money order for the RS 250 clutch yet. Before other readers tear me a new one, its not like Rich gave it to me and I stiffed him for it, he's waiting for me to send the $$$. I simply have been mobbed at work and haven't had the chance to send it. I'll get it out soon. Are you going to Pocono next Monday (July 9th) for the Martin Motors day? If so, I'll be there and we can do the deal there if you want. Sorry for the threadjack, now back to your regular discussion. Erik.
Hey Eric, Sorry, I'll be in Nova Scotia on Vacation that week, or I would go. I hear it's a good event. I am going to be at Pocono on Monday the 23rd (??) with Absolute Cycle if that helps. Should be a good event with a light, Monday turnout. Unless I can get Bocuzzi to make the trek to Calabogie in August, I'll be at FUSA.
Apparently Siegel's only a minority partner, so what happens at VIR, stays at VIR. Next year is looking very bright!!! woo-hoo!
