    I hear she had a get-off in a race at VIR? Any other info available? Can we send Get Well cards somewhere?

    Hey guys, yes.. i went down hard in my last race on sunday... ended up tangled with the rear tire of another rider.. went to danville then roannoake with 3 fractured ribs, a broken c6 and c7 in my neck and partially collapsed lung.. i am home now resting up and will be at the coaches meeting this weekend... no riding for quite some time, but ill be around in the pits and what not!

    yeah ... its okay.. today was a good day actually.. i slept most of the day but i get an energy boost in the afternoon so i tagged along to the gym with drew and rode the bike for 45 minutes.. im beat now but it was worth it..

    just got word today that 1 month after my brace comes off i can race again.. thats only the end of June !!
