Hey, I only missed a couple of track weekends since I started riding in May! Give a girl a break! :croc:
I should be there if all goes well with work. I'll be dragging down a few people also. As long as one of the bikes, that we just put back together, stays working then it will be a start to a great year.
Just bought a membership and I'm getting ready to buy a both days for this event. I'm going to be picking up a set of slicks, will there be any problems getting a 190 rear and 120 front at the track? How early does tire service start? And one last question, how late in the day in Sunday will tire service be open? If possible I'd like to swap my street tires back on before leaving.
190 and 120 slicks usually aren't an issue, but to be sure, you can contact Sportbike Tire Service through http://sportbiketireservice.com to make sure that tires are available for YOU specifically. Also, tire service typically closes up shop around 2pm on Sunday. :thumb:
Unless something changes I'm going to have to miss this one. Client is moving into a new facility and I have to be there to take care of network moves.
Best bet is to pre purchase your tires, have them delivered to Barber... This was you know you have tires just how you want them. Oh and don't order them a fe days ahead of the event, make sure its at least a couple of weeks.
Everyone, come look for the Big Red 137 Trailer! Say howdy to a real live local! I'll even let you ride one of my super scooter "pit-bikes". I got one that is pushing 30mph now!
If you get to the track by Friday afternoon, registration and tire service will be open. Check out the forum a couple of days before the event. Trevor will post the "Facts for Barber" will the exact times and other details.
