Woot.com has this heater on their site. looks like a great solution for the trailer. I just bought a heater and would have gone with this one instead. I have no experiences, but thought I'd share. http://home.woot.com/offers/bionaire-silent-micathermic-heater?ref=hm_cnt_gw_dly_tl
I didn't see anywhere in the ad the wattage rating of the heater. I've got a built in 1800 watt heater strip in my A/C unit in the trailer and it struggles to keep things warm when it gets into the lower 50s/upper 40s. Colder mornings than that and I use a kerosene heater.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Wattage: 1500W/ (+ 5% - 15%) Working Voltage: 120V AC/60 HZ https://www.bionaire.com/on/demandw.../instruction-manuals/BH3950-U_43_35584219.PDF
When I was researching heaters, I noticed that nearly all of them, regardless of size are about 1500 watts. I had a small ceramic heater. Lunchbox sized. It can't keep the current heater warm. The difference it seems, is how many heating elements are in the unit. The little ceramic heater had one. The one I just got has 6. The new one is also rated at 1500 watts. I tried the new heater out one morning at Barber. It was able to heat the trailer well. I'm not sure how many elements this heater has. I don't have time to look right now. But I thought I'd share my experiences. The one I bought is a bigger square unit. I like that this unit is taller and thinner. Easier to store.
