I deleted the "he said....she said" thread about Monticello dates because frankly I don't want to baby sit it. Confirmed dates are when contracts are signed by BOTH parties and deposit monies for the dates have been sent and received by the venue. we are still working on our 2011 schedule. When it is complete and not until then will we post it up. Sound fair..? until that time we don;t confirm/deny/respomd to rumors... toss bones.. read tea leaves...hire tarrot readers...etc..etc... regarding if or if not we will have dates at such and such a facility. Scheduling is a sometime frustration excercise and it takes patience. We strive to construct a schedule that is good for our members and one which is sustainable for the club. What we won't do is put up a bunch of "Phantom" dates to make our membership or some special offer for crazy cheap track days look attractive, only to cancel them later. We try very hard to be realistic and fair in scheduling and deliver on every date we advertise. Thanks for your interest in our 2011 schedule. It will be posted here first...
