Rode the Morain Kettle's today near Road America with Al Ruhoff. Great trail system of buffed single track that undulates through wooded hillsides. Al was riding his single speed 29er and I was on the Hei-Hei 29er. Big wheels = fun. We had a fast loop at the end and finished off with Jen and X when they showed up latter in the afternoon. Fun times.

Well I haven't stepped up to the 29'er family yet, but I did turn my best times ever today on my lil' 26" riding two different trails. I'm not setting the world on fire, but it was great to get two personal bests after not "feeling it" at the beginning of my ride...

    Good times! :)

Maybe its time to start listing MTB area new different tracks.
Kind of like listing if Camping/Dogs are ok.

If I knew we had so many Bikers at STT...
I would have brought bikes with me to the track.

Also there is another area to ride in Sheboygen.
    Maywood park, I believe.

Had a great time biking, if there is anyone else in the Sheboygan area that wants to bike, just let me know. The northern kettles are getting to be a nice place to ride, and hopefully a new loop will be built again next year. As for the other place in Sheboygan it is called Quarry Park, or Evergreen Park. It is right in Sheboygan and has a lot of nice trails as well.

Hopefully next time I'll be in better shape to keep up, and will have more experience on single track trails. Super fun for a first time out but felt really bad about holding you guys up.

Need a little more practice to not panic about sliding around in dirt and on the rocks.... and a little more practice MTB riding with clip-in pedals so I don't tip over when I stop. :p I'm super spoiled riding on flat, smooth pavement on the roadie.
