I'm 40, have a fondness for beer, & eat on an expense report all Winter. How's that for setting the bar low?

Snow, bees, locus. You never know what's going to happen at Mid-Ohio. I'll be willing to put up with a lot there this Summer though for a shot at fresh pavement.

I am about in the most shape I have ever been. I found out I could spend hours everyday in the gym to trim down or just go buy the right kind of mirrors. I might not be any faster, but dam I look good.

My workout generally consists of brushing crumbs and powdered sugar off my shirt (upper body), foot chases (cardio) and plenty of 500GP practice sessions . oh, and PLENTY of sleep...

I'm telling you guys, forget that working out stuff and just go buy a circus mirror. Not only do I look thinner, but now parts of me look longer. So it's a win win!!!!!!!

I try to gain as much weight as I can during the winter. I find it more amusing beating 145 lb racers on 1000 cc machines when I weigh around 220 riding a 600. The weight thing is a myth, its all about skill and how nuts you can take a corner at. :)

I just stick with the basics. Going to a gym is a pain so I just do situps and pushups while I watch T.V.(Preferably motorcyle races..... ) I should run more, but I run at least 3 to 5 miles twice a week. Now comes the best part my diet......LOTS of Beer and Jack.

Recumbant bike for 6-10miles (medium resistance) then run 1.5-2 miles then full anaerobic workout, chest and arms one day, legs and back the next. Try to do this 4 times/week.
