    ...blah blah blah..... We know nobody likes to read the text connected to that little box we all check when purchasing a service or product online but it's there for a reason! It's important to understand STT's fine print (which is actually just a normal font size on our website, in plain view) so let's review a few excerpts.

    These rules are in place on the admin side to make the experience "smooth and predictable" -- just like you on the track!

    A few important details to highlight:
    • Cancellations and changes must be received in writing via email at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date.
    • Upon receipt of this written notification refunds will be given, less a 15% administrative charge only if a cancellation request is received 30 days in advance in writing via email
    • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to an event will be granted a credit for another track date useable for a period of six months from the date the credit is issued (credits are tracked and are non-transferable).
    • No cancellations will be accepted 14 days or less prior to an event but members do have the option to sell or give away their spot to another member.

    Members Only!

    • Members may give or sell a trackday to a member of the same skill group.
    • STT must be notified of the give/sell in writing via email no less than 48 hours prior to the event (this means by 7am EST the Thursday before a Sat/Sun event weekend).
    • The person who you are giving or selling your spot to must be a current STT member.
    • STT memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
