Watch it be a R6, everyone has a 08+ R6. I need one as a backup bike but the day I turned a faster lap on it than the GSXR600 I would find myself not riding the suzuki anymore.
Well as discussed with a few on here on the forum here is the first of two... Yep another TLR... Shocker... ...I grabbed this one from Brian Mullins (Tuna) up in Cincy..I am getting another one as well here in a few weeks to build also.. We fired this baby up and she runs strong... It obviously needs lots of TLC but it will get taken care of in time.... and as budget allows..Here is what we arrived too.... I had a couple boxes from Sebimoto waiting for me when I got back thanks to Fred at Yoyodyne... Great company and one of the last places other than Sharkskinz to make plastics for these things... I opened up the boxes and it looks like he just emptied his shelves for me since these Dinosaurs are becoming extinct... I ordered and paid for glass but a Full Carbon SBK Tail and fender were in the box too... Great late X-Mas surprise... Down to the frame she will go this week... Here is how she sits till tomorrow... I would like to have it down to the frame by Lunch tomorrow..I plan on using the usual Eastwoods Chassis Black on the frame and swingarm as well as the Subframe More progress to come...
It will be for Heavyweight Twins this year with WERA and AHRMA....... And of course STT Weekends as usual.... But its funny you ask... It came with a clean title... First one of those I had other than Salvaged in about 10 Years...

I'm going to go with Ohlins Internals up front .. A Penske and a Lindermans Link on the rear... Both of which are like hidden treasure these days... But the bike in Chicago already has both...
That bike was the first twin I ever owned. Bought new in 99. If I can clean up our project section in the garage, I would love to do a TLR project. Very nice, Marc.
