My wife & daughter actually aproved my crazy idea that i should squeeze a track day into our family vacation. We're headed from Binghamton, NY to Jackson Miss. for the Youth Barrel Racing World Championships. I'll be riding Sunday 7/23 so my options are have them drop me off Sat. and camp @ the track or come back up from Miss. late Sat. night and get a hotel rm. Unless anyone knows of a Horse lodging place in the area? So, just looking for some southern hospitality Any comments, sugestions on anything would be cool. Will the USGP be shown at the track? If i can get there early enough how long does it take to check out the museum? Gavin
Cool, you'll love Barber. I can't help you on the Horse Lodging, but the musuem is great and you should check it out. You honestly can spend all day in there and still miss stuff, but a couple hours will give you a good feel for it. I've been a couple times and seen stuff I missed before each trip, plus he updates and changes things around too which is nice on new visits.
