    Welcome to the addiction to end all others. Careful with the loud handle on that beast and you are going to L-O-V-E Barber. You are hitting the best spot your first time out, so you will be spoiled forever. :p

    Anyone have an extra kill switch box they can bring this weekend and sell. I broke my tab off of mine and so far cannot find another one.....

    Opps thanks Marc.

    2006 GSX-R 600, Kill switch assembly

    I looked on the gixxer forums and found some threads on how people was fixing them and used a screw to hold the kill switch box in place. Seems more sturdy now then it was. I would like to still find a backup though just in case it decides to crap out again.

    I will look in my Garage tonight when Im loading up.... I have so much crap from Suzuki's its silly.. If I have one or something that works I will bring it.. Probally for a TLR though ...

    Can't he just short out the kill switch to make it work?

    Is all you are missing the little nub that engaged the hole in the handlebar? If so, just wrap some tape around the bar and tighten it down, it will hold very well with the right amount of tape in there.

    PJ- I will bring some tape with me just i case it fails again and Marc doesn't have one.

    The kill switch is not the issue. The entire housing is part of the throttle assy as well. IF it is not clamped properly, it rotates as you give throttle of course

    Just loaded up and No sorry I dont have one... I do have left controls but there is no Hole point for them... Sorry...
