.
I thought the case of Canadian beer I brought down last time to Rd Atlanta was what was required :? but now that I understand the rules I'll leave the beer and bring the maple sugar candy
You bring Candy and your pitting with him.... ; ) More Beer is always a good thing... Like some of that good Molson that we cant get South of the Border..
I'll also take the maple sugar candy over canadian beer... and I grew up in London, Ontario! Do you guys get through customs ok with all the bikes and whatnot? Always wondered about that... my parents still live in London so I'm well versed in US/Canada border crossings.... t
Anyone know if John Burton is coming next weekend? I need to start working on arrainging our parking lot and need room for his rig if he is coming? Thanks.
Not really that much of a problem but I've only crossed 5 or 6 times with the bike. Plus I have a salvage title and the paper work to show it was imported into Canada properly. Just make sure you have your papers (passport) and be polite (no Attitude) Yes Sir, No Sir, Yes Sir, No Sir etc goes along way. But then again I have been locked up in the holding rooms on both sides before  In the end if you get a customs officer who's in a bad mood and you give him attitude he can make you life really miserable. Cam you better count those hours a little closer I think you miscalculated.<< Inside joke. Later Steve
My friend potentially may not be able to make the trip. He's in advanced group for both days. He will know for sure tomorrow if he can go or if he needs to try to sell his spots. Just wanted to give some people a heads up for anyone looking for advanced spots.
Only 3 work days this week then the vacation starts! Thursday driving up to friends house then Friday will be at the track when the gates open. bout time
Is it Saturday yet?!! This will be my second track day, so I'll be the slow guy on the VFR in "N". I'm keeping my fingers crossed for good weather!
A little help is needed, I will not be able to ride this weekend due to my "off" a couple of weeks ago and sold my spots. I have an appointment with Kenny Saturday to adjust and work on the suspension of both bikes. If I drive down Sat with my bikes in the trailer, will it cost me anything to pull into the set up area with my truck and trailer?
So I have only been to Barber once and still have alot to learn obviously about the track. Just curious what kind of grip level Barbers surface offers. Temps look only to be in 50's and 60's for a high this weekend, so wonderin what kind of grip the track will offer with those temps. Thanks for anyone's 2 cents..
Barber always seems grippy and fairly consistent to me. Sometimes in the summer things get a bit greasy in the afternoon but I think that is tires as much as track. I can say that if it is 40's and rainy don't go into #5 hard after a 5 min red flag Of course I am slow so you might want other opinions.
