I like to hear that! I know us customers and the instructors can all get caught up in the moment; but instructors for sure need to set the bar very high on the track and even on the forums. All in all it was a wonderful weekend even though I had my ass handed to me all day on Saturday! :rawk::thumb:
Yup, right there when it happened. Thought "what a dickhead." But he knows he's a dickhead. I have had assclown moves pulled on me a lot at the track. It used to spook me. And I used to go find them and give them some future advice about it-sometimes still do. Now I chalk it up to showing true character. I will look for the video for you JT. I was hoping to meet you. Sorry I didn't get the chance yet.
As others said when you see someone doing sonmething wrong in your group coach or not get a bike description/ helmet ect... Let your own Coach or Lead know right then and there AND LET THEM HANDLE IT... Things like this can be fixed right there and then.... Hard to do a week later... But most importantly we dont want you spending anytime worrying about a mistake others made... Let STT Handle it so you can enjoy your time on the track and off... Thats what Staff is for... Then we can cut his Head Off!!!!!!!!
Would like to thank j_fuggin_t and cyclepath for advice and help about tire wear and suspension set up! It was nice to see some familiar faces and make new friends.
We had a great weekend. Nick got the bump to I for next time we go and I'd like to give a big shout out to Kenny. I made huge progress on Sunday. As always it's all the people of STT that make this a great time.
STT coaches are THE BEST!! I had a chance to ride and chat with quite a few this past weekend; mainly Adam, Eric, Andrew (on his 125 LOL) and Don. Thanks for all the advice on additional shifting locations, showing me a few new lines (then showing them to me again, and again, and again). I'll get that bus-stop figured out one of these days! :frusty:
That was a great weekend and grattan is now my new favorite track. (Mid Ohio has been bumped) Also another thank you to Dennis Baker for showing me the lines and coaching all day
