As long as you have also done the oil fill plug.... I don't see why that would not pass. Consider doing the front brakes just to feel better?
I will probably do that after I take them off for the first time and I'll have a chance to drill the bolts. The bike is still 99% stock, 2016 R3. Brakes aren't that important for me, my top speed is half the speed of smell.
