    Still waiting for my disc of photos from 8/31 from sideline sports photography????

    It's not like they were busy posting the photos online and haven't gotten to my one day disk.

    They take a while, price is high and quality is like the other companies I've ordered from before and they are a lot faster and price very good

    They just sent me an email saying they postmark all photos 15 days from the event plus at 5 to 7 days for shipping even though there right in Illinois and I'm Indiana.

    When electric Eye photos shot ACC I had my photos in two days on the disk and for half the price.

    Yeah I hear you. EE photostore + fast delivery over digital download makes them far superior IMO.

    i'm glad you bring this up. the controversial business model of not posting photo's online to the masses is annoying. not everyone has time to sit around at the track and skim through thousands of photos to find a few shots of themselves in sequence in 1 turn.

    i've ordered from Gron4 and will happily do business with them. EE follows the same model which I would happily support as well. times are changing. EE and Gron4 go out of their ways to support, host, and do all ridiculous work behind the scenes to get our stuff out as fast as possible while still being priced competitively. if that's not enough to support one group over the other, I don't know what is.

    I have ordered from Gron4 many times and always received and outstanding service. The photos are amazing (every one of them), the pics are organized by bike, the web page is great and if you choose the digital download you can get your pic as soon as the 2nd day after the event (in most cases). And the prices are very reasonable for the service they provide.
    So can someone form STT management please invite them to ACC?

    I'm surprised that the Number ONE Customer Representative from sideline hasn't replied yet, telling everyone how they are wrong to expect their photos this soon (it's only been 3 weeks), his MEGA pixels are BIGGER etc.... :lmao:

    WOW $100 for a disk?!
    And to take this long to ship on top of that? That is ridiculous.
    This is why I have no pictures of me at ACC...
    The other photographers don't have a huge semi like Sideline does but the picture quality is just as good.

    Yeah, instead of spending money on semis and a dozen macs at the track just put that shit online. Makes it easier for the customer.
