SUSPENSION QUESTION

    I AM GOING TO MY FIRST TRACK DAY IN SEPT AT KERSHAW SC. I HAVE READ A WHOLE LOT ABOUT SUSPENSION BUT I WOULD LIKE SOME RACERS INPUT. I HAVE A 07 CBR1000RR I WEIGH ABOUT 175 THE GEAR WOULD PUT ME AT CLOSE TO 200 I THINK. I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT SUSPENSION TUNING BUT OFF SPORT RIDER THEY HAD SUGGESTED SUSPENSION SETTINGS SO I AM USING THOSE, THEY FEEL ALOT BETTER THEN WHAT I CAME UP WITH MESSIN WITH THE CLICKERS. BUT AGAIN I AM NOT EXPEIRENCED. SO BASICALLY ARE THERE PEOPLE THAT WOULD HELP WITH SUSPENSION TUNING AT THE TRACK. AND IS IT TRUE THAT I NEED STIFFER SETTINGS FOR THE TRACK THEN STREET? AND SHOULD I GET SPRINGS GEARED FOR MY WEIGHT. SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY FIRST DAY?? BASICALLY WOULD IT MAKE OF BREAK ME ON MY FIRST DAY THERE IF THE SPRINGS WERNT RIGHT?? ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATY APPREACIATED. AND SO U KNOW I AM VER MECHANICALLY INCLINED I UNDERSTAND HOW THE SUSPENSION WORKS I JUST CANT FEEL THAT BIG A DIFFERNECE UNLESS THE CLICKERS ARE ALL THE IN OR OUT AND THEN ITS NOT MUCH. I THNK AT LEAST. WELL IT COULD BE I DONT KNOW WHAQT TO LOOK FOR OR I AM NOT PUSHING IT HARD ENOUGH FOR SOMETHING TO SHOW UP. I DONT KNOW.
