I just want to say Hi I 'm a new member. My first trackday was the full Monti ! I brought my wife and my son ,both of them rode and it was their first time also. My wife and I rode with Junior and were very happy with the group and the instruction we received. We are all hooked! We just chaulked up the delays to "shit happens" All the riders are there to have fun and some need to remember it's not a race.
I Assure you that was not a typical STT day. Take a good look at your bank account...because that's the most money you're gonna have in it for a long time
monti I have already been informed that we are at the very least we are doing all of the monticello track days. We live in Warwick so its just to close to pass up. I'm already shopping for gear for the track. My son is 28 and was a pro downhill mountain biker at the age of 16. Now he lives in RI, has his own performance vw shop and races rally cross. Any thing with a motor and wheels, he loves. My wife is and ex national speed skating champion and says if she can drag her hand on the ice, the next step is to drag her knee on the pavement!
You got a great family! Get your ducks in a row. Buy quality protective gear for Christmas presents, reserve your spots for the 66 course for next season and enjoy the ride! Jeff
