    Start Hydrating now....LOL.... This will be my next as well... CMP Last weekend was HOT... RA is gonna be boiling HOT... But maybe not too bad... Pretty good last year...

    i'm going to plan on going for atleast one day. probably saturday. it will be yet another new track for me!

    I was going to do RA in August but doing Barber instead. I will be there for the Nov track day though!!!!!

    It'll be good to see you again. My friend from AL will be there, and I'm hoping I can convince my brother-in-law and sis-in-law, Red Spade, to squeeze out a nickle and sign up as well. Those two have only run Jennings before (but doing Mid-Ohio next week), so the back straight ought to wake them up pretty well. :rawk:

    You are a brave, brave man. I don't even go to the gym the day before riding on the truck unless it's to run or something really light.

    I avoided doing the Peachtree this year so I wouldn't be thrashed on the track.

    There are a bunch of obstacles and whatnot, but it is only a 5k basically so I should be ok. Usually it takes a few laps to shake the normal lifting sore out of me, but then I'm fine.

    Wait, the Rugged Maniac is basically only a 5K? I'd be fine with doing a 5K the day before a track day, but the name "Rugged Maniac?" Sounds more like SEAL training than a 5K. :fear:

    No joke. I've got bodywork to mount and paint and can't start until the 12th at the earliest. Maybe not until the 13th.
