I'm for all three days (nervous never done 3 days straight) I will be asking for a tow to show me the track
I'm working on bringing a huge huge smoker.... Looks like I might have 1 lined up, If I do: BRING YOUR FAVORITE FLESH to smoke and I'll get it done. Anyone that has eaten smoked meat from me can attest to the quality. I'll bring a few dozen ears of fresh sweet corn to roast as well.
On this note being a local to the area for many years, Barner Farms on the right a little bit before Gingerman has a stand with some great corn and other veggies. Granted I don't know if it's corn season, but throwing out a nice quick resource.
give me an idea this weekend and i'll grab it from the butcher.. no walmart meats for this guy :thumb:
Can you do fish? IE: a whole fillet of salmon? Cuz... um... that would be awesome. I'll bring one (maybe more) if you think it'd smoke well.
Damn Beth that sounds awesome and I can tell from experience that Salmon smokes extremely well. If he is on comfortable with the salmon I will send Shar over to handle it since she smokes it at home all the time. mmmmmmmmmmmm goooood!!!
My husband and I will need a tow in intermediate, too. Hope an instructor doesn't mind showing us around!
There will be PLENTY of instructors willing to tow you guys around, myself included. Just ask any Staff member wearing a black, blue or red shirt with "STAFF" on the back before or immediately following the riders meeting and we'll hook you guys up with a tow.
