    Hi,

I wanted to check if someone here has had experience with
-) water wetter (after draining the regular coolant, add about 1/2 bottle 6oz to water in the radiator)
-) supercool with WW (a pre-mixed coolant for motorcycles).

    advantages, disadvantages, preferences......

I'm pretty sure that water-wetter recommends running it with just distilled water. Unless you need the coolant for freeze protection, you'll get more effective cooling with just water + water-wetter.

    Thanks Nick,

more over, the whole setup is only $10! way cheaper than engine ice.

do people drain it before the winter?

Yes. water-wetter offers no freeze protection. Some drain it and leave it dry over Winter. Others drain it and refill with the cheap green stuff.

I don't think it really makes a difference either way, so long as you get rid of the freeze-able stuff. :)
