I will be there ridding 01 gsxr 600. For now just looking, not on track yet would love to get involved haven't ridding in a while. My bestfriend rides rc51 and his son rides r6 on track so I will be there watching them. Looking forward to meeting all you great guys. I have been reading many post and learning a lot. Do you guys know if there will be somone there to setup suspension. I weight 200 pounds and wanted to have sag checked. Can any of you guys assist me when not on track.
Ken from Superbike Italia is usually there, you may want to check with his shedule though,I'm sure he will first concentrate on the track riders so he may not be able to get to it till' later, you'll have a blast, and prolly wish you would have signed up!!
Go sit in some of the Novice Classroom sessions while your there...Just dont raise your hand in the begining when they divide up in groups...
Ken will be there as stated, and will probably be able to advise you on what actions to take. Most likely, at 200lbs, you wont really be able to get sag "right" as your springs will not be right. But you can get it "better" or "closer" than it is now
Re: Barber or bust! Richard, if you want to go faster I will let you ride my xb12r and then I can bring the 1125r also. I never get much of a chance to say that when compairing the buell to Japanese sportbikes, Forgive me while I gloat
I'll be there riding the 08 R6...looking forward to seeing my track buds and the STT instructors. Hope the rain holds off!
Grazing in "I" as usual. But I will be testing the new XT toy so it will be interesting. Other than that going slow and complaining about the stupid cold we have been having
Yes!!! If they start getting unruly, just start flailing all 4 appendages around wildly wielding some tire irons or something if it doenst work, at least I will be thoroughly entertained by the spectacle of a 108lb chic flailing around like a nutcase
