I am replacing my fork oil soon on my 2000 CBR600F4. The stock oil is SS-8, which is 10w. I am 130lbs without gear. Suspension is completely stock. Bike is almost completely stock. I have not shaved any weight from it. So, what weight oil should I use?

I would use the recommended weight, use a good quality product (I personally use Silkolene RPF10)...unless your suspension tunner recommends otherwise, which I doubt it. What is the reason you think you need different weight oil?

Because I am like a little jockey at only 130 lbs. Didn't know if I needed to go to maybe a 7w for my size.

I would ask a professional, TSE, SBK Italia etc. Give them a call and see what they say.
