I am not satisfied with my fuel map. I ride both street & track. I'd like to get it on a dyno and get a custom map and satisfy my curiosity - cost isn't really a concern.

I'm currently in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Alternately I'd be willing to travel to SE Michigan or Fort Wayne, IN if there is something excellent there.

Where do you recommend I go?

I recommend Ryan Schnitz who's located just south of you in northern indiana. He did my 10r and is great to work with.

Honda East, located in Toledo. They do great work over there. They dyno'd and mapped our R6 that competed in WERA and AMA Supersport last year.

PM me if you'd like more details.

Bike: 2006 GSXR 750 with full exhaust, DynoJet PCIII, and TRE.

Map: Has a few dead spots down low and doesn't roll on as smooth as I would like. Has an unusual power burst here and there. I am also more curious than the average cat about it's numbers, so I want it on a dyno.

Anyone had dealings with FastBikes, or Brighton Superbike?

Anyone have any negative experiences? Places I should avoid?

    BSBK doesn't exist anymore.

Over the year I've either used or heard feedback on all the dyno's mentioned. We've even traveled all the way to New Jersey to run on a Superflow dyno in the past. Essentially it all comes down to having someone who knows how to operate the dyno, as anyone can buy a dyno and claim to tune bikes on it.

Thanks. They're still listed on DynoJet's website.

With all the talk of people on Grattan & Gingerman I expected to hear something more about the places close to home. Local shops are recommending FastBikes. I'll go with them if I don't hear better.

They were housed in Rec Leisure, which went out of business a couple years ago.

i think Lifecycles has a dyno, they are out closer to you, in k-zoo. They actually brought their dyno to the Ducati Trackfast at Gingerman last year. I don't know anyone that's used them for tuning though....

Do you have custom map? Can you check an see what map you have. If you can save it to your PC. You can try one of these that is close to your set up. You can always go back if its worse.

the powercommander maps are garbage, from personal experience. i gained 7 hp on a 600 going from a PC downloaded map to a custom...not to mention all the HP under the peak. just get the custom map done, its worth every penny...especially in smoothness of power delivery :D
