Just signed up Sounds like the 12th+13th crew loved the new turn. Wasn't gonna risk going cause I've been r****d out every f^*&!ng track day this year cept one. Weather looks good so far! (fingers crossed)
I already delivered it to the new owner, and they're on vacation so it's unlikely I can borrow it for the weekend. -T
I am bringing my r6 and the vfr if you need to borrow one you are welcome too. I rode the vfr at grattan last time, it was a blast!
I will be there as well I'm curious to try out the new layout! I should probably now go shopping for the right size serpentine belt
yeah Im bummed I cant go, but man 30 min sessions are awsome you really gotta pace yourself. I will say I have no problems going to Gman now the track is nice, I would like to see some more surface repairs in some of the corners, 3, 7 those dips are a bit of an issue.
I am in for the 20th and this will be my first time at this track. Can anyone tell if there is a place to camp at the track? If so, what does it cost and do I need to make any certain reservations? Thanks for the help
I called yesterday to ask how late the gate would be open on Saturday night for people riding on Sunday and wanting to camp. They said there should be someone there to at least 5pm. After 5pm, they could not guarantee a time. Take care and ride safe, Brian
You guys will love the new corners. I consider the last corner new just because it's nice and smooth now. It's a very fast corner now. I was there last weekend and rode both days. It was my first time on the Honda 1000. Once Ken from superbike straightened out my bike it was a blast! I would be there if it wasn't for having the kids this weekend. They would get bored after an hour...lol. Have fun guys and be safe. I'm sure it will be crowded. Adam
I'll be there, can't flippin' wait! Since its a more relaxed pace I'll be on my WR250X haulin' it through the corners only to be passed by everyone and their mom on the straights. I wired up a data acquisition setup this week and I'll program my shift lights optimally to get literally dozens of ounces of torque!
