I'm signed up for Grattan, but my ride from Chicago bailed on me I've posted in the rideshare forum, but haven't gotten any reply. If anyone is passing through the Chicago area on their way to Grattan this weekend, and has spare space on their trailer for a second bike, PLEASE send me a PM! I'm happy to help with gas. I don't even need space in your car, I can make my own way over their on my V-Strom. I just need to get my track bike (an SV650) and maybe a box-o-tools over there.

Ed, the WERA GNF is unlike anything you've ever been too. It is a must do if you're a racer. Kind of like Daytona, love it or hate it, everyone should do it at least once. Make it happen.
I think I'll try to make it up to Grattn this weekend. Haven't been to any STT events this year. Saturday hot, Sunday rain? Hmmm. Need to work on the equipment b/w the ears a bit. Hope to see some of you there.

Okay, y'all city folk got me fretting. Corn ain't workin' so good fer my ole scooter. No really, afraid of getting a beaten so badly.....after you drop about 2 sec's off yer times there Ski old buddy. Back to reality. Wish I were coming up but had a bad day at the office and may have to go in Sun afternoon to fix a piece of equipment if my guys run into problems. Ski, run hard and smooth and get to that 30.
