Winter Sale: Canopy and Tires

Getting ready for the new season, and I have a few items that need a new home:

1. Caddis Rapid shelter (8x8) -- All aluminum, built well, and easy to set-up. Very solid and handles wind and rain conditions well. It does have a 3" tear in the canopy, but duct tape is all it needed, no leaks. Sold new by REI for $180, yours for $50.

2. Set of new front and rear Pirelli Diablo Superbike Pro tires (180 rear, 120 front). These were mounted once, but never hit the pavement, as I went with Dunlop's last season. Both tires new are $365, yours for $200.

I'm in the Chicagoland area, would prefer a local deal.
