My wife and I both do trackdays with STT and live in "Murvil", just a little south of you. I've heard of this too, but honestly, I don't think it will happen in my lifetime. I also work at Y-12! What part of the plant do you work in? I'm in Power Operations in the High Voltage Breaker crew.

 

Here is one that has just come up. With it being right by the corvette museum and the vette plant hopefully some people with deep pockets with dish out the 35 mill needed. :lol:

No doubt. I live in TN too and have heard about that track. But i haven't seen anything in the way of progress.
