Extenders and shimming the shock seem to be the way to go on that bike.

Yeah! I'm trying to find accurate data for the geometry of that bike, no luck yet.

Here's my info if it helps

    2006 750
    2008 600
Both bikes set-up the same except one has a Ohlins shock and the other a Penski.
    15mm fork extenders
shock lenght set at 320mm with a 7mm shim under the shock clevace (sp)

From endlessly searching the WERA board it would appear that most racers run the forks recessed aprox 10mm into the top triple clap. I run mine flush with the top triple but I'm also using a 7mm shim.
    For the rear shock 320mm + a 4mm to 7mm shim.

    Hope this helps.

Did you ever contact me on the extenders? I have a few sets left in stock.
I also have some other trick bits for it like Captive wheel spacers for front and back so you dont have to deal with that pesky spacer on the sprocket when changing tires, also have almost identical yoshimura axle blocks for the rear adjusters.

BTW, I used to run 318 on the rear of my 07 and 10mm exposed on the front. Thermosman numbers.

    thanks
