    Yea unfortunately we were $300 off :/ I didn't want to low ball the guy so I didn't shoot him a counter offer

    I didn't even bother giving him my offer out of respect. $1500 I my max so I guess I'm going to have to wait.

    $1500 is all I would pay also for that one. Wait and search on searchtempest.com you will find one in your range
