So i'm looking to purchase: 1: some stock levers for an 07 CBR600rr. The previous owner has some chinese brand shorties on there and i dislike the shortness greatly. Not only that, but from all the bad stories ive heard about the knock off levers, added with the fact that i dont know who or to what level of care they were installed...leads to my need for some stock levers. They will get replaced with some quality ones over the off season, but i just need something to get me through the last weekend at ACC. 2: Back protector! I have the one i got from Teknic in my jacket, but you can never be too safe. I'm upgrading gear one piece at a time, and i thought that would be a good next move.
Consider CRG levers also. They won't have the manufacturing issues and are full length (though short is available) Personally I prefer the feel of the bend compared to OEM and the adjustment lever is usable on a straight should you get some fade (the OEM one is not for me).
You guys realize this thread is getting towards nearly a year in age, right? I'm pretty sure Jeff has it covered
