Good looking out..... But I want to say no, I don't think this will work. Only because I am running a 6.0 rear wheel and I am pretty sure the 600/ 750 swing arm is set-up for the 5.5
No worries man, perhaps you can find out for sure. I use a 5.5" rear wheel on my SV The 750/1000 swingarms may be the same for that year but I am not certain.. Anyone else know??
I will have to look into that. I thought the 600/750 swingarm would have the same spacing to fit the 5.5 wheel but maybe the 600 is a solo and the 750/1000 are a combo unit.
the wheel is the same size at the hub. The length of the 1k arm is longer to help hold the front down. You can run a 01-03 600 or 00-03 750 wheel on a 1k. You can put a 750 arm on there, but it's about 10mm shorter. I don't remember exactly how much different the length is, but it's something like that. It may be 5mm. Hell, I'm old and don't remember much...
