Got a rashed set of track fairings I'm going to rehab and paint. Was going to keep it simple but have decided to do something wild instead. Nothing too labor intensive as I don't want to lose my mona lisa if/when I wreck but something that stands out. Was inspired by rossi's helmet and a member's bike in the FS section to do something like this:

except all over the bike. Fluorescent yellow fairings with handprints in various bright colors. Something like that. Was hoping to get some ideas in this thread and think it'd be really cool for everyone to see a bunch of wild schemes in one place.

Honestly, one of the coolest schemes I've seen was a technical type drawing of the engine and components on the sides. I want to say it was a yellow Kawi? If you're around, please post pics!

That Rossi helmet was pretty sweet, I must say. Very cool concept, and could be fun to do to an entire set of fairings. Just get all your loved ones to plant their paws on after dunking them in various colors of paint.

Lots of cool schemes out there.. I continue to like race reps for obvious reasons but there are some unique ones that are awesome too! I kind of picture something and go with it. My theme this yr was Speedy Gonzales.. I'm such a Mexican...lol

I am thinking I may change that up but full graphics aren't cheap..

Damn. That was fast. That paint job is way cool. I want one, but it looks expensive and I have a habit of throwing my bike at the ground about once a year.

I'll be doing it myself. Won't be too difficult. Lots of sanding and repair to the used fairings I got, then more sanding, paint, handprints of neighbors/friends, clear coat. I don't expect it to look perfect or as sharp as the helmet, but certainly good enough for a track day.

    I'm very efficient.

Nah, I just remembered that it was riding in my group last time at Autobahn so searched around a bit.

I'd love a sweet scheme too but I had a rough year last year in terms of crashes that makes me rethink making my bike too pretty. I might get new fairings and give them a quick spray though just since so many brackets are broken.

I think that Whitney Arnold's daughter will draw on your fairings. I've always thought that was a cool idea, but would hate to crash that artwork
