Femmoto Suit??

I saw on the femmoto gear website that a suit might possibly be coming out for us? When are details available?

Although if I was a lottery player and won just a few $$ - I'd go for the Spidi Lizard Pro Wind.... 'anatomically correct, perforated, full race - well hang on...

OTH - I need tire warmers and a gen - so maybe I'll have to continue clumping around in my unflattering men's suit. :roll:

 

There are a bunch i would want if i had the money lol... incl the lizard..

 

Michele, Sarah (or Bonnie)...ya'll wore the Femmoto suits at Femmoto 2007 - can you give us a description of what they are like? Fit, features etc.? 8)

Ladies sorry for the delay in getting back to you on the leathers. Bonnie has been busy working out the details and the final agreements are being ironed out. Suits should be available in May.

The suits are made of goat skin and have Knox armor in them. Bonnie designed them with the trackday rider in mind.

Not sure on the sizing we were all wearing proto types that were customized for us and they used us for guinea pigs.

 

I ordered the Femmoto suit...can't wait 'til it gets here!

i went with the teknic.. i needed it a bit soon for the wera races. managed to try it out too

no .. the suit held up great! i got stuck to the guys;s wheel somehow and my leathers have red paint all over them ( my bike is white and black) so im not sure where it came from. it is scraped up, but for wrecked 90-100 mph its awesome!

 

:lol: I was sorta in-between sizes and went with the smaller of the two...hopefully it's not the WAIST that has the tight fit :wink:

I hear ya, crappy winter + badly sprained ankle from indoor soccer + five months of no activity = feeling like a stuffed sausage in last year's suit.

Rode at Blackhawk Farms on Wednesday and I was nervous I'd even get the thing on.

The ladies suit looks like it has a lot of keprotec, which means it'll be a little more forgiving in some areas than a men's suit... at least I'm hoping.

 

I just wish it would hurry up and get here...

 

The femmoto suit should be showing up real soon here at STG. I'll keep you ladies updated. I will be picking one up as well to try out.

The suits are here. We shipped a bunch of pre orders out this morning. I tried a size 4 on (which is what I normally wear) and it fit like a glove. Excellently proportioned to a women's body.

 

What are your height & weight proportions? I'm 5'5" & 100lbs. I ordered a size 2 because...well...I have no boobs :lol:

I think I talked to a "Nick" at STG this am and he said my suit would be shipping out today and if I needed to I could swap out for a different size.

Ugh...all this anticipation...and I probably won't see it until next Tuesday :!:
