As to your delivery questions, any electronic process that eliminates you needing to send a CD would be very good. it's always faster that way anyhow. That's Whitey, he does it all the time playing around in practice. He's a little off form in that picture, probably because the temp was in the 30's at the time. He gets around that place pretty well, he was running low 59's even with the cold track.
