Ed, i kept pinching a nerve in my back all year long, mostly after trying to use the total gym. anyhow, i enjoyed the inversion thing, but it didn't help a bit in my case. what helped is a few exercises Jen (truckstop) showed me. It's amazing!!! and I haven't had a pinched nerve in about two months (knock on wood). Ask her to forward you what she typed for me or get me your email and i'll forward it to you. Jen ROCKS!!! She 'healed' me several times this year!

I hate to join the I am out group but I pulled something in my back. I have never had to do anything but rest a day at most before but I had to go get meds :shock: Needless to say that means no riding. I will post up more elsewhere but I got an "A" on Saturday and "I" on Sunday for someone at my cost (not 100% sure how to sell them as I have never considered it)
Carla and I are heading down this afternoon after work, planning to arrive earlyish on Friday so we can see the museum. We're staying at the Hampton Inn instead of camping this time, to make it a ... special ... weekend ... nudge nudge say no more! Looking forward to it!
Yup,take it from a Northerner..ride kinda like it's wet when it's cold,real smooth,subtle inputs,don't rush corner entry...and what can happen is a real cold track can actually suck heat out of tires...we've got 14/20 minute sessions....the track should be ideal in the PM!!

I'm looking for a pit buddy on Saturday to split cost of power. I usually pit on the bottom level by the fence near pit out. Anyone willing?
