Trying to get a rough idea of how many people might be interested in Barbecue Saturday evening, 26 May. My standard fare will include: Pulled Pork BBQ with my homemade BBQ Sauce Leg of Lamb BBQ my special recipe "Booze Beans" and possibly K3's mom's Cranberry Beans Cole Slaw I can accomodate up to 40 people- post up, peeps!
Count me in! This is going to be my first track day with STT. I am giving up racing and going to track day only. I live in beaver falls which is 15 min away from the track, so let me know if I can help with anything. I can bring my gas grill or extra stuff that you would not want to lug to the track.
Thanks for the offer Greg, but I'll bring my smoker anyway, which is essential for the 10-12 hours that the meat needs to cook. I may end up needing buns & charcoal, though. I'll let you know if i need anything. Thanks! Lance PS. this was at Barber, back in March:
 You guys do not mess around when it comes to food! Did you really have to show me those pics! Now I am going to drool from now until the track day.
That's just evil, posting up those pics when I won't be there till Monday. My friend and I will probably roll in on Sunday afternoon, so we'll help take care of any left-overs, if there are any.
Lance Count me in. I passed your request on to Dennis and Justin. K3 is schedule to be at Autobahn that weekend, but I can see where he would try to change that. You may want to also ask this in the Midwest section, unless you do not want to mingle with those people!!!!!!!
Ouch!!!! Those people......I live in Ohio-bordering mid west and Eastern. Myself and 2 others will be there. If you need us to bring anything let me know, sean_hausman@yahoo.com. Pictures look great!

Dear John, I regret to inform you that I have a "no Hondas" policy at my trackside BBQ. I'm sorry, I hope you understand... j/k. Lance
Hi, I am coming to both track days with several people from NYC. You might know some of them. Personally, I have mostly went with southern division of STT and this will be my first time to come to the track with you guys... Me and my friends, we would really like to come to a BBQ. We bring the beer and what ever else. It sounds like a lot of fun and hanging out with good bunch of people after a exciting track day is one of the best feelings. So, let us know if we are welcomed. Martina (my friends don't have STT account so I am posting for them too) + Sharad Shanbhag + Bryce + Jack Davidson + Ken +
sure, you're welcome! it will be first come first serve; I'm assuming that the staff will get first dibs, although I haven't heard from Monte about that yet. I should have enough for about 40, so, so far, so good. Please just bring your appetite and your beverage of choice (and an extra beverage for the chef). I don't charge for this (legally, I can't) but I also won't refuse donations. cheers, Lance
Lance, thank you very much for your hospitality. Of course, we let the STT stuff have their first dibs - we want our coaches to be happy, refreshed, fed and pleased  I have no doubt about our appetite and we will definitely bring an assortment of beverages (at least I will have Guiness). Well, honestly your BBQ became news on NYC boards and I was asked to signed up several more people (I think they did not figure out the registration deal). Here they are: Nancy Smullen Martin Schmidt Irene Lin Raul Hope, you are not starting to regret the offer... I promise, we are well behaved bunch  Martina P.S. Lance, what is your favorite beverage? We do want to please the chef...
