Who's gonna be there for the festivites and awesome time on the track??? Rumor has it Trevor will be throwing Benjamins in the Air at the riders meeting!!
i'll be there. 2 days My first ride with STT Southern Division. Rode alot with the Eastern last few years. If you guys are anything like the great guys from Eastern I am sure I will have a great time. I am also bringing 3 first timers to STT. This track is nice and close to home. Only a 13 hr drive each way. Is this track easy to learn? I like the more technical tracks like Monteicello South vs North And Thunderbolt vs Lighting But would not mind and easy one since its so far away. Thanks
of all the tracks in the southeast,CMP is my favorite. i dont know how to compare it to any northern tracks.but it has both technical and fast flowing sections. the best advice i can give you is beware of turn one. LOL mostly only on pit out. the paddock is grass and atleast one person every track day has crashed in turn one at about 25mph on pit out , either with sand still on their tires or sand that has been left there by the guy in front of you. Just take it easy coming out and go easy the first turn or two to clean your tires off.Have fun , Welcome , and please come by and say hey. I will be on a redand white cbr1000rr with #21 on it .
I'll be there! the Pimped out CBR will be riding again. We are camping out Friday and ridin Saturday. we rode with TT here back in August in itermediate and I thought i was about to die! Almost highsided coming out of 1!! dropping back into novice! slow back down and get my confidence back up. will be glad to be back with the instructors i am used to!!! see yall in a couple weeks. Keith
Thanks Jim I will stop by. I have a black trailer towed by a lifted New Dodge, my friend Anthony got the driving duties this time around. My bike has a bunch of tapout log's on it red Gixxer, cant miss it. Logo's are from previous owner, I have been to busy riding it to remove. Everyone like them I not so much. Super Bee, I hear ya on the slow down thing. This will be my 5 track this season after a injury at Monticello with stt last oct 11. Resulting in 3 deg AC sepration right shoulder. It was real ruff get back up to pace. Plus I was getting passed like crazy, I was not used to that at all. So I slowed down got in the mind set learned turn by turn and out it together in pieces. Now Still not up to my old pace but getting there. I rode with another Org this year which was great but not the same coaches I was used to, makes a big diffrence. Maybe Stt Eastern will be back nice a strong next year.
Im in for Sat, maybe sunday. Super bee. This is Rich White Cbr600rr. I'll be in I. Dang thought we could do some laps.
