Ducati Great Lakes Trackfest and Rally

I'm signed up.

kek70 what day did you sign up, I'm doing the 8th but staying the night for Sunday demo rides. Maybe ride Sunday don't know yet I want to do another Track day in Sept @Grattan..

 

Sean and I signed up the day after the price dropped to $215. We signed up for both days. My bike is ready. I have everything I need to run Intermediate on Sun if I choose. (Gota have a day to get used to the new everything I put on the bike) We will be there Fri night. (weather permitting)
Sean and I havent discussed it yet, but I know im interested in doing Sept 5&6 at Grattan. (God knows the price is right) Well both have a better idea of where we stand (financially) by the time we get to Gingerman.
Next year we are planning on doing alot more trackdays. Hopefully at the very least 1 weekend a month all summer long. Maybe two. We will be able to plan and budget for it all winter.

 

What did you do to your bike? Grattan is a fun track. Scary fun in CW, roller-coaster fun in CCW.

 

I pulled about 20 lbs of stuff off it. Swapped the coolant for water and water wetter. I installed a set of woodcraft clip-ons and rearsets which will take a few laps to get used too. It really changed the riding position on my little 250. ALOT

 

All signed up for Intermediate on Saturday.

WHOOO this should be fun..... I cant wait, finally I get to do some duc hunting.......

Allright, Im doing novice on Sat, intermediate on Sun. I emailed Patty and changed over my Sun designation. Please dont run me over you big bore guys. My lil 250 will slice thru the twisty stuff with the best of them, but getting down the straights in the triple figures isnt gona happen.

 

What happens when the hunter becomes the hunted? :lol:

 

Arm the ducks and geese? That would make hunting alot more interesting. Do they have to get a human stamp on there FOID card?

 

got myself and 3 others signed up for sunday, all in the novice group (although at R/A the cr's thought i should move up to inter) i'll go with one more in novice, afterall its my 3rd ever trackday , hope to meet some more cool ppl as i have at the last 2 days i've done

 

Anybody know???

 

there was last year and with this event being a large one I would think there would be.
