I'm curious about that as well since there are homologation rules. Doesn't homologation mean that there are at least 1000 units produced per race year and available to the public?
I'm not a racer so I'm not in the know. I thought that any performance parts are supposed to meet homologation rules with the exception of things like rear sets or clip ons.
Nice bike, but dam 30k for a track bike. Once I can afford a good truck, trailer and have the house paid off will think about it.

It depends on the level. SuperStock is VERY limited on what you can do. Superbike, which this is, is pretty open as long as you run stock block and frame.
Hey everyone, The parts that aren't available to the public are the EM Pro and Kit Wiring Harness - 2015 is the last year they are making them and this year I had to purchase mine through Yoshimura and they special ordered it from Suzuki Japan. Also, the Yoshimura Exhaust on it was their 2014 Factory Bikes Exhaust which were made exclusively for their race program. The suspension is also off the 2014 Factory bikes so it's not something you can buy from Ohlins. It does have a clear title! This bike has been meticulously cleaned and gone through since the last round at New Jersey. AND it's never been crashed! The price isn't firm so make me an offer!
