Personally I'd like both directions in one weekend but more CCW in general would make me happy. My biggest problem is my work schedule (shift work). Some years like 2012 were exellent and I got quite a few CCW days in. 2011 sucked. Anyway both in one weekend ups my chances of running Grattan in both directions each year.
Grattan CCW I haven't seen anything on this topic in a while. Any chance of some CCW events at Grattan this year? I loved the Saturday CW, Sunday CCW format last year.
Yeah, I'm signed up for May 11-12, but I still don't know what direction I'll be riding in. I'm guessing either it will be CW/CCW like last year, or there will be a quick vote at the rider's meeting. Whatever they do this weekend is probably what they will be doing this year.
I hope not.. Id like to actually be able to correct the mistakes from saturday on sunday. Either direction is fun but i hope they let us know so i can sign up accordingly.
So is there any official stand regarding CW vs CCW for Grattan this year? I like either and wouldn't mind any configuration, but I'm faster CW :jester: don't turn as well to the left, I guess that's a southern thing, huh?:jester:
Was there any discussion of running CCW 4/20-21? Based on the poll, it seems that most riders would prefer to mix it up a bit (myself included). :bump:
CW works for me! Will be my first time there on 6/8 and I studied CW! LOL There is a great clip on youtube from Witchcraft Racing :wheel: that I watched about a million times by now and that one is CW!!! :woot: One of only a handful of fast CW Grattan videos I found. Lots of roll around clips tho :wtf:
How fast do you think your going to be at Grattan for the first time? I think your in for a surprise. Good luck.
I was wondering if someone get my post the wrong way...! lol I guess I did write it a bit cocky.:lmao: However I did not say I will go fast there! But in my opinion you cant learn a thing about a racetrack from a slow pace movie other then what direction the track goes. A fast pace/pro rider on the other hand will show you what a quick line is. Its a whole different ball game to copy/follow that line but at least you know were you should be.:thumb: It will also NOT be my first track day ever so I have some confidence in myself to go at least a decent pace for Inter by the end of the day!:thumb:
yes R6. we definitely do! I can't wait! Ur running in Advanced I guess? However I'm sure we find us there.
Not advanced......I am Forever int. Lower paddock always. - I am assuming no snow this time, not bring the poly/pro.
