No Kiss please! Not my cup of tea at all. I grew up with Metallica (well anything before the black Album came out anyways), ACDC, Type O' Negative, Kataklysm and all kind of Death Metal! :rawk:
You didn't save your ticket stubs? :boink: Of course, there were 2 other bands at these shows besides the top bill, except LZ. :rawk: I went to a few more shows (Black Sabbath/Ruby Starr in '75) and some free concerts in downtown Birmigham in the '90s, but pretty much gave it up 'cause of the prices nowadaze. :der:
I did until I moved out of my house then tossed them....Had them all lined up around the mirror by my waterbed LMFAO!! Looks like we saw some of the same shows....:thumb:

We could always buy him a membership in the KISS Army, so they can mail/send him stuff on a regular basis
You obviously lived near Johnson City in the late 70's. I actually saw Kiss at Freedom Hall around '76, and I also saw some of the other shows you have ticket stubs for (I think all four of your first stubs you show, Kiss, Molly Hatchet, Triumph, and BOC). I actually still have some of those ticket stubs too but they are very faded and tattered. It's interesting how many bands use to play here back in the day. Ted Nuget, Cheap Trick, ACDC, Foreigner, Rush, Kansas, and all kinds of others that I can't remember. I saw Ozzy at Freedom Hall very shortly after Randy Rhodes got killed in the plan crash. I also saw Kiss again there post make up. Love them or hate them they put on a good show.
Years ago I worked on a couple projects with Alex Lifeson and we were discussing KISS. I didn't realize it until he told me, but Rush was an opener on one or two KISS tours in the early years. He had nothing but good things to say about them and referred to them as one of the hardest working bands in rock 'n roll. t
